It would most probably just be a superficial bacterial infection which can be managed easily , But in rare case can be a presentation an autoimmune bullous disease . Kindly meet with a dermatologist in person so it can be properly examined. It is nothing major, will be easily controlled but getting it properly assessed is important. Hope this was helpful.
