Infection in genital region
I have been having itching and redress since november 2019. I had visited a dermat and was under medication. Clotrimazole cream ip in the morning and fusidic acid cream IP. Due to suspicion if an STILL, I even took HIV and syphilis and Gonoarea which all were negative.
The major symptoms are small red itchy spots on the tip and of the penis. And itchy cracks and red skin rashes. After cones and goes every week. I dry it under the fan and after a few days it's starts itching again. I am worried because cannot go out of the house due to the lock down. Please help.

As per your description it looks like fungal infection which occurs due to moisture.
Do you have any foul smelling discharge.
Sometime it occurs due to condom allergy.
