My bf has white patches around Genital area, so he is freaking out about thinking its vitiligo...I think its jst skin infection...I m medico too plz ans it what will be it is...and the white patches have sensation...bt no itching and no pain...

It might be vitiligo or post inflammatory hypopigmentation Plz consult a dermatologist

Pl send him for proper evaluation by a dermatologist in your locality as it wil not help in prescribing without seeing the lesion.
