Infection in butt area near tail bone
Some infection in butt area that appears to be a white patch or tear. Sometimes white discharge comes out of it. It is really painful. Can someone please tell me what it is and its possible resolution. I am attaching its picture.

It's intertrigo...Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
