Infection from Metal pierced into foot
I stepped on the back part of my earring which was metal and it pierced into my foot and it's hurting while walking now
I am T-1 diabetic and scared about developing a puss and infection please suggest me what to do?

Get inj tetanus 0.5 ml
Wash injured area with soap.
Apply bandaid
Dont walk bare foot or in slippers. Wear shoes and clean socks

Daily dressing with antiseptic solution
Use shoes / slippers all the time.
