Hi recently I gave birth to baby which was on April 13 at the time of my delivery I came to know that I have been infected with HBV so doctors suggested not to feed baby we had given him hepitatis b injection next day of his birth but then too doctors said that if I feed him he get infected to the virus. Even they said that der s no treatment for dis disease

You can breast feed the baby, because according to WHO, HBV vaccination will virtually eliminate the risk of transmission when the baby is breast feed. HBV is a chronic manageable disease and there is effective treatment to prevent going into cirrhosis and HCC.

Hbv infection can transmit from the source to other people.So it is for betterment that it is advised not to feed the baby.So give baby artificial formulas available in the market.
HBV infection is highly infectious...can secrete in everything...good that u got fmdiagnosed and baby got vaccinated in time..but after vaccination it will take certain time for the baby to develop antibodies..
U need to stay calm and accept the situation...now treatment is available for hep B and u can be treated effectively...
Check Ur husband status...and all other family members and close contacts of u...everyone needs vaccine..
Prevention is better than cure
Infection can be transmitted through breast milk follow all advise as you say that child has been vaccinated for hepatitis B the immunity takes time to develop so use artificial weaning formulas and do take good care and treatment of yourself.
Please follow as advised as HBV can have transmission through breast milk. Feed the child formula and please don't worry just take good nutrition, avoid oily and outside and junk foods .
You just need to take good care of liver, and eat healthy, people with Hepatitis B also live normal life
