Infected ear piercing

Hi, I think my ear piercing is infected. I see pus and blood discharge. I saw on google that I shouldn't take it out. But I feel like I'm not cleaning it out properly if I don't remove it. just need to know if I can remove it during shower and return it after. Thanks.

If the pus and blood is coming then definitely it's infected.... And yes you are right that it needs to be removed for proper cleaning.... But then the hole will get blocked.... And you will have to undergo the piercing again... Take care...
