Infant not pooped for more than 8days
Hi, My son (7months old) has not pooped for 8 days now. He is on breastfeed and after 6 months we started giving solid food, after which there was inconsistency in the pooping and it's been 8 days now he hasn't pooped and when we consulted with one of the doctor in our local areas he gave Dulcoflex for kids (5Mg) suppository is it save to use . My son is active , doesn't have fever, stomach is soft and he is active and also urinates more than 5-6 times . And also feeding is also proper Pls suggest if we need to use the full suppository or half of it ??

For infants it's better not to go for dulcolax, I suggest glycerin suppository child size. Have him Plenty of fluids. Consult if you are in a fix.
