Infant 35 Days be old not poop
My child was 35 days old boy baby.for the last 2days,he didn't pee or poop properly.he ll pee with less amount of urine with half an hour interval.he was crying with pain during peeing .his balls are loosened.so i thought his body has heat .i put oil bath but still he crying before peeing. For the last two days he did not poop properly.his anus has rashes .he also cries for pooping time his anus has leakage of poop like drop of yellow liquid with mustard size poop .what was problem on his health.please help me.problrm is his digestion ???

Continue exclusive breastfeeding followed by burping for 20 minutes post feed. No bottle feeding. You can give neopeptine drops 0.4 ml once a day for 3 days.
