Sir there is infaction in chest and platelets count is 70000 and apses behind the ear and on the neck on 2010 he has faced the problem of t.b but now as I said u about the platelets now the patient is feel so weakness plz plz plz help me

Hi At this stage monitoring platelet count is needed... if u find a drop below50000 kindly consult physician for treatment...
