Indigestion due to cow milk
My boy is 9month and yesterday we introduced him the cow's milk. Since morning he is having hard stool and crying a lot while pooping. just now he did vomit after eating few spoon of celelac.
Please advise what we should do ??

Give colic drops. Cow's milk is usually given after 1 year of age. Also avoid packaged food like cerelac. Give a variety of home cooked fresh foods. Search for baby food 9 months on google. Many websites eg Tarla dalal give great tasting and very nutritious recipes.

Hi.
Give cow’s milk only after 1 year of age.
Give fiber rich diet and give plenty of liquids/ water
Give green leafy vegetables and fruits.
