Hey, I've been tracking my emotions for two weeks now and I've noticed that I kind of have a severe depressive episode which seriously ruins my life. I almost stabbed myself and I even cut my wrist when I was in front of my brother before. I SERIOUSLY CAN'T CONTROL WHAT I FEEL AND WHENEVER THINGS GO WRONG EVEN WHEN IT'S NOT THAT BAD I TEND TO SELF HARM AND DO DESTRUCTIVE THINGS. It sucks. I've been feeling depressed since I was young. I know there's something wrong with me. There are a lot more.

I can understand that not being able to disengage with the emotion can be really stressful in itself. And the guilt that follows it is worse. Professional intervention would help you sort this issue and all the others out.
