I'm a recommended candidate for Army but declared unfit due to Multiple corneal opacity in both eyes which is hereditary (my mom also has that but her vision is fine) and also my vision is completely healthy the question I had is that will the medical board declare me fit during the final RMB stage ??

No, even a small and single opacity is not allowed for Army Medical. Specially if opacity is in Right eye for right handed person.

I think every Board has their own criteria so it’s upto them. Some corneal opacities tend to increase with age actually. (Even if your best corrected vision is 6/6 right now)
