Increasing sugar levels
What are the other factors contributing to increase in sugar levels apart from food? I have stopped Rice and sugar intakes in my diet. Also i take my medicines : Diabend M regularly but still my sugar levels at 190 fasting and 376 after meals. Also i have developed extreme pigmentation on my face and neck, could it be side effects of medicine as iam having it since last 3yrs.
