I understand your problem
But you need to follow the instruction of the ophthalmologist and also the Diet. Duet should be rich in vitamin A. And you should where your spectacles daily when you go out when you read or do any work. You have an option of undergoing LASIK which is very famous these days. But for that your cornea thickness should be optimal. Consult your ophthalmologist today.
