Hello possible causes like
Keratoconus
Cataract
Myopia
Hypermetropia should be ruled out if Keratoconus is ruled out you can easily undergo lasik surgery....or get you refractive errors corrected consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment...I hope this helps.
