Increasing Breast milk production
Hi...I am a mother of 10 months baby boy.His weight is 8 kg.Usually i feed him with 3 to 4 solids and in between i used to breast feed him.since a month I noticed that my milk production had been decreased sometimes almost not even a drop.since delivery i had less milk only but now there is a sudden down fall.I feed him at 6 pm in the evening and manage with breast milk during the ngt.But now i couldn't feed him with milk.Due to this he couldn't sleep properly.How to increase my milk production??How many solid foods can i give him at this age??Due to lockdown we couldnt get fruits in our area.What to feed him??worried alot...sometimes he used to cry during ngt..plz suggest something to help me in increasing breast milk...I want him to be fed upto a year atleast...

Galact granules 2 spoons with milk for 15 days two times a day Tablet Lactare 2 tablet three times a day for 15 days Tablet Domperidone 1 tablet three times a day for 5 days

Please consult a paediatric doctor for detailed advice, on how to prepare semi solid food using rice and pulses etc at home, what consistency etc. Don't worry about the breast milk decreasing, its normal with time. Babies should be gradually started on semi solid food by 7-8 months
