Since childhood, I'm having very mild tinnitus in my left ear. I could hear faint ringing sound. I almost ignored it and it wasn't even disturbing my sleep.
Until recently, I'm January 2023, I got diagnosed with TB Intestines. Been on AKT-4 treatment for 2 months and Rcinex 600 for 4 months.
After 25 days of starting the treatment, I could observe that my tinnitus has increased in magnitude. And it's messing with my sleep and mood.
Now, I'm done with TB treatment. But Tinnitus is still worrying me.
I've got my hearing tests too. All seem normal as said by doctor.
Can this tinnitus be due to AKT-4 ? Will it subside in the coming months as I've completed the treatment ?
What should be the further course of action? Please suggest.
