Increased heart palpation during sleep
Hi doctor.. from last 3 months iam observing whenever I sleep in the afternoon I observed a very fast heart beat and some breathless too so that I will immediately wake up and from there high heart beat continues for few minutes and go due to this sudden wake up a get severe head ache and neck nerve pain and some times night also iam unable to get some deep sleep due to this iam getting anger management problems also.. For headache I restarted some tablets as I have sinus and migraine.. Please advice on this increased heart beat rate during sleep iam very much worried Thank u in advance

You need to do some investigations asap like ecg and blood for cbc, lipid profile, thyroid profile…also consult a physician
