Increased hairfall
Hi, I am noticing exceptionally high hairfall since last one month or so. I first thought it is because of the winter but it is worrying me. I find hair all day on my clothes and whenever I comb there is lot of hairfall. I took a trip during new year to Himachal, that is when it started increasing. I am currently using johnson baby shampoo since 2 months, before that I was using mamaearth onion shampoo. I use mustard oil or coconut oil, but very less frequently. I don't know what is the reason for this increased hairfall. What should I do ?

Maybe the hairfall got triggered due to change of place and climate. If it is temporary it will reduce in some time. Do hot oil massage atleast once to twice a week and maintain good nutrition.
