Increased Cortical Echogenicity
Hello Dear Sir. My Younger Brother Just Had A Routine Health Checkup. In His Kidney Function Test His Serum Creatinine Was 1.6 Mg/Dl And Urea Was 44 Mg/dl And BUN Was 21 Mg/Dl. In Ultrasound (KUB) The Impression Was- Mildely Increased Cortical Echogenicity Of Both Kidneys With Maintained CMD. Rest Of The KFT was within the normal range. His CBC Was Also Normal . But His ESR Was 67. His Liver Test Was Normal. Ions Test Were Normal. Urinalysis Was Normal. But Bacteria Was Present In Urinalysis. Lipid Profile Test Was Normal. Please Help Me Out Sir. Tell Me That What These Reports Means. And Suggest Me What To Do Next. I'm attaching some of the reports here. Please look at the reports.
