What's your current weight? You should calculate your Body mass index based on your height band weight and see it's within 18 to 25. (BMI calculator on Google). If it's low then you need to start on treatment. It start from gaining muscle mass, your diet , nutrients and exercise to increase stamina. There are supplement available in the market for weight gain and you can take one under expert advice and you need to have exercise and good sound sleep. Sleeping at 10 to 11 and getting up at 5 to 5.30 is the best routine . Best wishes.
