Kindly prescribe medicine to increase motility please Pfa my semen analysis report This is taken on 7th day of abstinence. I heard motility will become less after. 7 days is that so?

This report is lacking total number of sperms. Grade A+B motility is 40% which is subnormal as per WHO norms. If you have infertility you need further investigation like scrotal ultrasound for varicocele. If fertility is no concern you can ignore it. Take adequate antioxidant in your diet.
