Increase production of breast milk
I have delivered a baby through C-section, last week. But not able to feed my baby because of low amount of production or breast milk. How can I increase the production of breast milk? What all foods can be eaten in order to increase the production of breast milk.

Breast milk increases the more your baby sucks from them. To increase the flow kindly take cap. Lactare 2-2-2 for a week and see how the flow is. Otherwise other measures are to drink plenty of water including garlic and fenugreek seeds in your diet. Connect with me online for further queries
