Hi my height is 5'5 and my father and mother height is around 5'1. Do you think I can gain few more inches at this age in Ayurveda.

Actually ht increases up to 25 years after that its very difficult, in Ayurveda we have very good balanced food supplement but in this age we cant assure increase of ht only wait n healthy body is definitely possible. But u can try with some exercise wit these kind of food
