Increase in heartbt and Tremors in finge

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Yesterday after breakfast suddenly I experienced a sudden increase is heartbeat followed by tremors in my fingers. It subsided only after 4-5 hours leaving me a bit weak and lightheaded. Today when I woke up I'm feeling that my heartbeat is not fast as yesterday but rapid than normal, mild tremors in my fingers and a little light-headed. What could be the case? What's the remedy.

I would advise you to go to the ER and get evaluated and undergo further investigation to find the underlying cause of the problem. There are multiple causes for this to happen and it can't be diagnosed with the history alone.So kindly visit the nearest ER at the earliest, eat a well balanced diet, don't skip meals, exercise regularly and avoid habits such as smoking and drinking
