Increase in hair fall

Hiiii , I have started using more f 5% solution , but really have not been satisfactory infact I have started to loose more hair on daily basis, count of hair shed is round about 70-80 hairs a day , and after applying this I also feel my hairs have become rough, plzzz help me out of this
