Incorrect ecospirin timing. Concerning?
Im 7w pregnant and currently prescribed dydrogesterone 10mg x 2 (1-0-1) and ecospirin 75mg x 1 (0-0-1).
I accidentally took ecospirin 75mg today in the morning instead of night.
Should I be worried? And when should be my next dose of ecospirin, tonight or tomorrow night?
