In  my left ear itching,tigling, heavine
Hello Doctor,In my left year I feel some heaviness and tingling sensation from last 2 weeks. It suddenly starts and go. It last for few seconds to 1/2 hours .Earlier but now there is continuous uncomfortable feeling is there. Left upper jaw if pressed hard from outside,feels some pain and left side neck side vain/muscles also when press hard,having some pain feeling,can you help me to diagnose and some preventive medicine I can apply,put or as you suggest please. I have taken pentop 40 for 3/4 days and brushing teeth with ultra soft brush with sensodyne tooth paste and warm water gargelling also. But symptoms are still there. Am 55 years female. Diabetic but controles with oral medicines. Best regards Asha Garekar.

You seem to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction secondary to dental problems. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days with soft diet, painkillers, hot compresses etc. Treatment of primary dental problems may also be necessary
