In grown toe nail problem

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have ingrown toe nail issue since many years.I usually cut it on my own sidewards inside .Now some white shade is developed on toe from bottom which is increasing from some days.What is this and what should I do ?Is it anything serious ?
