Improve eye sight
Sir i have a 0.5 number for my eues and i use it regularly but avoid when going outside and play. I want to join defence force so m working out and the main problem is my eyes, i want to make it normal and wat should i do for my eyes to avoid specs. Plz do help sir and m fully interested in joining defence so help sir
