Improve breastmilk
I'm having a 2 and half month baby boy. I feel I have less milk with me. Can I use shatavari kalpa powder to increase breast milk? Will there be any side effects with this powder?

Hi, you can use it. Also take care of your diet first. Avoid stress in life. If baby is increasing weight normally and sleeping in between feeds, don't worry so much. For more information you can log on to my website www.mygynaecworld.com
