In case of tooth alignment procedure if you don't have enough space it is mandatory to extract your teeth to get better results, it does not affect your facial structure if you space in your dentition then no need for extraction you need to undergo fixed orthodontic treatment usually it takes 6 to 12 months Braces materials are of different types in different cost *Metal braces Rs35000/- *ceramic braces 45000/- *lingual braces 1,20,000/- The choice of braces depends upon your affordability
