I have problem with right toe nail, which is not properly attached to nail bed. Nail was removed 5 years ago accidentally, till then it grows again, But, excess grown nail bed prevents  proper growth of the nail. Later it will become very thick, and anytime it can cause accidental injury, and removed. This is repeating. Please advise me.
