Implantation cramps and spotting?
Hi, I had IUI on 31st Aug. 6 dpiui I had period like cramps with lower back ache. Yesterday morning I had done brown spotting and had some mild intermittent cramps and back ache, fine today. Can this be implantation and if so when can I take a Pregnancy test to confirm?

PREGNANCY test can be done 24 hours after a skipped period Any test before that wud be negative
