Implantation bleeding or periods

Asked for Female, 24 Years

What are the chances of getting pregnant considering the following situation? I have a regular 30 days menstrual cycle. My last menstrual periods was at the end of Jan. I had unprotected sex on Feb 28th (yet no ejaculation or precum involved). I got bleeding on March 12th which had clots and bright red blood (although the quantity was less). It lasted for 3-4 days. Again I started to bleed on 29th March with clots and blood (the quantity was less compared to last time). It's on and off and it lasts for 2-3 days. I'm under medications for hyperthyroidism and GERD. Is it implantation bleeding or normal period?
