Implantation bleeding or miscarriage

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I need to be told if I've had a miscarriage or implantation bleeding. I had a big gush of light pink liquid come out and I went to change my tampon and there was a big clump of grey bloody tissue and I looked it up and it said miscarriage or implantation bleeding and I just need to know I'm scared

In case this happened at the time when you were in the middle of cycle it could be an implantation bleeding,early pregnancy followed by miscarriage,all this can be confirmed if u go through a few necessary investigations.
