We had taken infanrix hexa vaccine for our son at 1.5 months from a rpivate hospital. But we have changed location now and so planning for the vaccine at 2.5 months from government hospital where infanrix hexa vaccine in not available, but they will be giving a Penta vaccine. Is it ok to take that.

It is Ok to take. But penta doesn't contain IPV vaccine. So it is better to go for hexavalent vaccine
