Is it mandatory to give MMR chicken pox vaccine after 4 years of age and menninggococcal vaccine after 2 yrs of age to kids. These are not compulsory as part of government immunization drive. My kids are aged 3 and 4.5 years.

As per government schedule then nothing is essential.As government can't afford to give all this vaccine that doesn't mean they are not essential. This both vaccine is important for all children. Now it's your choice.
