I just recovered from 14 days home isolation.. can i go outside normal like before like by masks, sanitising ...or do i have to take more precautions as immunity may be low...please clear..

As you have just recovered, you have to be cautious for about 15 days. Post covid complication may trouble some people. Regular monitoring is required by a doctor Drink plenty of fluids Do breathing exercise Exercise daily for 30 mins
