From past 6 weeks I have been suffering with mild dizziness and imbalance when I am standing that too slightly imbalance I have done CT of head and I was normal pls provide me solution

Consult a Neurologist and try some Antivertigi treatment. Also other causes for imbalance and dizziness should be ruled out. If persistent do an MRI of Brain.

CT head is not a best test to look at posterior fossa structures and cerebellum. MRI brain with contrast is ideal.
