Im having unwanted bleeding from Vagina

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Right after my periods were over I had sex with my boyfriend and in the process I had Ipill. After two three days I saw some thing unusual i.e some sticky clotted blood is coming out of my vagina and it is being happening for three days now. Im scared. Its not coming out in huge proportion but just a little bit every day. And along with that sometimes my back is paining. What is the issue? I am scared.
