One of my front theeth was broken 10 years ago and gradually chage in colour but know im fleeing pain araund the root of my theeth,its means by upper side inside of my nose and distented and I have headache since yesterday

its a sign that the pulp inside is necrotised and needs immediate root canal and post core to save the tooth. we perform free root canal so visit and get it done . to save the tooth.m and later cap the tooth

You have infection, spreading from that tooth. Take tab zerodol-p 1tab sos, cap clavum625mg 1tab tds for 5days. Tab metronidazole400mg 1tab tds for 5 days
Next Steps
Consult immediately with dentist. you need a iopa radiograph(x-ray). Then according to that, you may need RCT or RCT with periapical surgery.
