Im facing issue pennis head not opening
I have recently diagnosed with diabetes managing good control for last two months my pennis head is not opening it is swollen very tight it is like balinites ,at this point which doctor I need to consult urology or sugar kindly please help me on this isuue

As per your complaints this looks like fungal balanoposthitis, more common In diabetics and elderly men. If the penis head is swollen and not opening it is an emergency. Please consult for more detailed information
