Ileum infection
My abdomen was slightly paining from few days.. And always feels something heavy in my abdomen..so suggest by a doctor I went for abdominal USG.. There they found a problem stating "Mild oedematous wall of terminal ileum seen, measuring around 4mm.The ileocecal junction, caecum and rest of the bowel loop appear unremarkable.Multiple mildly enlarged to subcentimeter sized hypoechoic mensentric lymphnides are seen in right lumbar region- iliac fossa, largest measuring 20*9mm" What does it mean?? Is this any serious condition.. Or can be treated naturally??
