Pain in upper right abdomen
I've been  having this pain for 6 months now. The pain worsens with masturbation and gets better if I don't  for some time(say a week or two). I have had pain in my right scrotum but now it's almost gone. After which I feel pain in my right side abdomen. It feels like a chord connecting my testis and some upper organ of my right abdomen is affected. Everytime I masturbate I feel this painfull sensation rectified. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with jaundice with a billirubin value of 3. A very very small value right. And now I don't drink and not smoke, nothing but still I am having constant pain in my right abdomen. And it's so frustrating to me now. I am an active person and still I am having trouble with my body. I have done ultrasound and x-ray and ivp test but everything is normal in those tests. I have done iron culture and that one for infection test but everything is normal. Please help.
