Ii have mild pain

Ii have mild pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have mild pain over my right side of abdomen and sometimes I feel it over my right testis. It get lost when i fart. There is no vomitting, constipation,loose motions, no tenderness or redness, swelling over abdomen and also over testis. Normal urine flow no any abnormal discharge.
