IHD diagnosis with ECG and ECHO
Can IHD be diagnosed without performing ECG or an ECHO? My mother has hypertension for many years and have been under medication for it. But recently after recovering from pneumonia she is having low blood pressure. We visited the cardiologist and she wrote IHD in the prescription without even clarifying anything about it?! Can doctors diagnose IHD without doing the ECG?

Since she is a cardiologist, and she might have correlated the symptoms and reach the diagnosis, it is not apt to doubt her decision. Maybe your mother is already a diagnosed case of ischeamic heart disease. Consult me with report for further help
