IGE level test
My son is 5 year old then what should the normal range of IGE level test. His cough not stop from birth time so doctors treated of cough from first 4 years . Now RML hospital treated for asthma from last 1 year. Please confirm what is the right IGE level for this.

IgE level is increased in allergic disorders but there is no particular cut off level above which you say it is increased . It can be increased with out allergy also .Most probably the cause of cough in your child is asthma.
