I have ige level 800 . Allergic to dust and cold. Little asthma issue.
I have completed my meds course and continuing with the inhaler duolin.
But I am thinking how can I reduce the ige level . Is there any medication or any way to reduce the ige level ?

Pl avoid allergens. Take high Nutritious diet and protien diet.Regular diet habits, sleep habits, yoga,meditation, will increase the immunity,so ige levels are decreased. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
